Request an Appointment
Tell us about your shoulder and we will come back with the next step - an in-office visit, a telehealth call, or an MRI review.
Two ways to be seen
In-office visit. For those who live in our immediate five-county service area, an in-person visit is used for the initial visit. Please arrive 10–15 minutes early to register and complete a health questionnaire.
Telehealth visit. If you live outside our immediate service area you can either visit us at our office in Medford, Oregon, or request an initial telehealth or video appointment via Zoom. Most telehealth and video appointments are covered by insurance.
