Noah collaborates with Dr. Patrick Denard, focusing on shoulder related injuries.

Noah is a new resident of Oregon and hails from central Maine. He joined the practice in April of 2013. Noah completed his training at the University of Utah’s Physician Assistant Program and has a Master of Physician Assistant Studies. He completed his undergraduate studies at Boston University. Noah is a Certified Member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants.

In addition to his position at Southern Oregon Orthopedics, Noah enjoys running, hiking, woodworking, welding and glass blowing.

Shane Tracy, PA-C

Shane works with both Heidi Bloom, MD and Patrick Denard, MD. Shane collaborates to provide care to patients with hand and upper extremity disorders, to include shoulders.

Shane received his Masters of Physician Assistant Studies from the Interservice Physician Assistant Program through the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he was selected as class Vice President.

Shane is a veteran of the US Army, having received several metals for his service and achievements while serving our country. The past decade in the military as a PA and medic has given him invaluable experience in orthopedic and trauma related injuries.

When not at work, Shane enjoys spending his time with family in the outdoors; hiking, biking, hunting, and camping.

Kasidy is Dr. Denard's nurse and coordinates his clinic and surgery scheduling. Kasidy joined the group in April 2018. She attended college in Tucson, Arizona and received her practical nursing license in 2016. Outside of working at Southern Oregon Orthopedics, she enjoys spending her time outdoors, running/exercising, traveling and being with her family.

Research coordinator

Julianne is Dr Denard’s research coordinator. She joined his practice is December of 2017. She completed her Medical Assistant at Carrington College of Reno, Nevada. The majority of her time is spent with her new family, hunting, and riding horses.

Harmony joined the practice in August 2016. She became a Certified Medical Assistant in May of 2015 through College Of the Redwoods in Northern California. In addition to working at Southern Oregon Orthopedics she enjoys reading, attending concerts, being outdoors and spending time with her son.

Taylor started working for the practice in May 2017, she received her CNA license in 2014 through Pacific Healthcare training where she began working in a few different facilities as a CNA then trained as a medical assistant for 2 years prior to working for our practice. Outside of working at Southern Oregon Orthopedics she teaches CPR/BLS and on her downtime she enjoys outdoor activities like hunting, fishing and spending time with her family and friends.
